Yo bag.

I m reading this book “Clear body clear mind” by Ron Hubbard MD.

This fellow mention that consuming good oil can help remove the fats that containing toxins and replace with good fats..

What’s your opinion?

Just off the top of my head.

When we do blood tests for lipid profiles we look at HDL vs LDL ratio. HDLs are high density lipids which can absorb other lipids. Its like a transporter. Some toxins may indeed dissolve in fats and hence HDLs as well.

I dont know if eating certain things will increase your HDL. Just remember not all fats are bad. “oils” are a necessary part of daily diet – when eaten excessively it becomes “bad”.
